In my most recent role @ Nike my team of ~100 Recruiters hired approximately 40,000 people every year for our offices and stores around the world. I spent the first decade of my career in a hyper-growth digital start up - initially in London but ultimately with teams in Hong Kong, Shanghai, London and New York. I spent a couple of years living and working (for Levi's) in mainland Europe (Brussels, Belgium) and for the best part of the second decade of my career I've been based in sunny California working in Corporate America
