My Ultimate Job Search Guide

hello I'm James - I've spent the last 20 years leading Talent Acquisition teams at some of the worlds' most beloved brands.

I spent the first decade of my career in a hyper-growth digital start up - initially in London but ultimately with teams in Hong Kong, Shanghai and New York. We hired thousands of people all over the world and had a ton of fun doing it!

After my dotcom days Levi's brought me to Europe and I got to polish up my high school French living in Brussels. I spent the next two years traveling between Amsterdam, Barcelona, Frankfurt, London, Milan and Paris, before being promoted to the top job in San Francisco, California.

In my most recent role @ Nike my team of ~100 Recruiters hired approximately 40,000 people every year for our offices and stores around the world.

All of this to say I've hired tens of thousands of people and worked alongside hundreds of recruiters covering every part of the enterprise. I don't claim to have 'seen it all' but I've certainly seen a lot!
